About BEA...

BEA’s focus is not to compete to entertain listeners, but more importantly to be a primary resource of information that focuses on the needs of families and businesses.

The Black Entrepreneur Association was founded by Mr. Venturi McCray and Mr. Therman Stewart. Both have been residents of the Phoenix area for over twenty five years. They have over thirty years in the entertainment and promotions industry, including but not limited to event planning, on-air radio broadcasting, dee-jaying and radio advertisement production. The founders have had the good fortune of receiving the guidance and mentoring of Mr. Lee Winston, of Las Vegas, Nevada, General Manager of the nationally recognized community radio station, 88.1FM.

BEA would like to offer a special thanks to Michael London, DJ Sir Charles, Marly Marl, DJ Dark Vadar, Lee Winston, DJ Rockin Renzo, and DJ Jammin' Jack, DJ Nova, DJ Remix & the whole BEA staff.

Our Mission Statement...

To bring positive communication to and throughout our community.
